Born 1978 in Berlin, I lived nearly my entire Life in this vibrant city. I studied Medicine in Berlin and Sydney and became a Board-Certified Plastic & Aesthetic Surgeon with a passion for Aesthetic Medicine.
​
As a former professional junior athlete in Track and Field, CrossFit/Fitness enthusiast and passionate surfer, I care about a healthy nutrition lifestyle and love to help people with nutrition and training advice from a professional medical background.
I am a family man, father of two energetic and fun kids and married to my love from the Canary Islands. We traveled around the world and starting now our new adventurous life in Tenerife.
